How can you damage the Presidency of the Queen of the earth. She would obviously just ignore any consequence of these documents in the same manner the Clinton's always do. If the objective was to damage HRC's Presidency, why would the Russians not want to influence the November general election in her favor and then damage her after she had taken office! The Report makes no sense, which is what would be expected from a contrived document.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
