wild bill's crud in place.
Didn't want to seem partisan. Wimpy GOPe doesn't want the NYTimes to think he's a bad guy.
This after wild bill fired EVERY US attorney when he came to office.
And the crud that W left in place made it difficult for him to get stuff done in the agencies.
Fire 'em all.
Throw the bums out.
Drain the swamp.
