story accurately. Nobody in Trump's team, nor Trump himself, ever said Congress would pay for the wall and it would stop there. It was always in Trump's plan to have means necessary to make Mexico pay even if they didn't upfront the cash. Funny how CNN apparently never did research on Trump's plan. It's out there for the world to see, and has been for months.
