nor did they ever read Trump's actual plan (it was available on his own website). He clearly stated in his plan that there are actions in play if Mexico won't pay for the wall up front.

Also, I haven't heard anything from Trump himself in regards to what the "sources" have said. It would be interesting to hear his take on it all.
