While talent is lacking......that is because any raw talent we had left because Anderson is so inept at development and understanding who should be playing. Players that were here that should have been getting better weren't because there was zero development going on. Those players knew they weren't going to progress so they got the hell out. There has geen enough talent here to be at least average. Blair said it best on Petro's show....the guys brought in to recruit had recruits ready to come in but Kim couldn't close the deal even on recruits there for the taking.....now, after seeing what his teams do prospects aren't even showing interest. You have to have some salesmen in you to be a D1 HC...KA is as exciting as paint drying. Plus, now, his rep as a HC is toxic to any recruits with talent.
