anything but white. I would imagine if they were targeting him due to his needs they would have been using derogatory terms for that instead of his race.

It is very similar to how a guy shouting Allah Akbar while shooting random people is guilty of 'workplace violence' not terrorism.

They will go to any ends to protect their protected classes.
