applied consistently. I would much prefer to punish actual actions and give up the idea of policing thoughts.
As it stands now pretty much the only to be charged with a hate crime is to be a white man who attacks an AA. After what these geniuses streamed there is no doubt if this was not a hate crime then there is no such thing as a hate crime.
