Wade won 22 games in his last year at Chattanooga and had no post-season.
McCall a year later won 29 games and made the NCAA tournament.
No, McCall hasn't built anything himself, but he's won more. Neither is a sure thing, but if we're risking on either, I'd possibly prefer McCall, who also has experience under Donovan.
