people now want any of that but can't/don't get it because its illegal. If its as few as I suspect it is, my answer will be yes, given what I already mentioned. I do consider reducing theft a positive.
Here's another positive: Take the saved billions and use some of it for some education. Of all the useless crap we seem to teach kids today, making sure they understand the consequences of drug use won't be wasting their time.
