What about a missed 3, the guy flops, no contact, a foul called and he makes all 3 in a close game? If you want to make it a little fairer, another minute won't hurt.

One thing that SHOULD happen is rule changes, like, with contact which has no impact on the play, don't call the damn thing. You have to have contact in that game.
