already backtracked from his campaign position of full repeal and said he wants to protect people with pre-existing conditions and the provisions where people under 25 can use their parent's insurance.
They'll give Obamacare a slow drawn out death, delaying most of the implementation until 2020 or 2024 whenever a Democrat regains the White House and has to own the effects of their repeal because they realize that shooting it instantly is a loser.
If the Republicans keep winning they'll delay full repeal even longer.
