Not a very flambouyant older gentleman who can't recruit that well, but can coach guys up and get them to play hard. Complete opposite of what we have seen as evidenced by their poor team last year absolutely trouncing us in KC. Then this year, they got better and we are far worse. They are still not very good, but miles and miles ahead of where we currently find ourselves.
