I'll bet GM hasn't paid a dime of US Income taxes in 20 years (and won't for another 20 years.) I know (for a FACT) that Sprint hasn't - and they won't have to for that long as well.

I.E. - it doesn't matter to those (and many companies) if the U.S. Income tax rate is 15% or 35%.
