naively that the ballot box was the term limiter.

But congress will not commit career suicide, unfortunately.

So they need to grandfather themselves in and say that any new congress person starting in 2018 will get three terms in the house or two in the senate and then, adios.

Look at the garbage in the congressional black idiot caucus. Congressional districts carved "creatively" in oder to guarantee black representation.

Fairness.

Black districts are necessary since no white person can represent black people. The reverse of course is not true.

And since the black gerrymandered districts are safe, the incumbent rarely face a primary challenge and the other party has no chance at all in the general election. So we have morons like ron delums (is he still around) and charlie rangle and other nit wits getting seniority and committee chairmanships when the socialists are in power.
