Kids like Phillips and VanLeer did not take the steps forward we needed and the newcomers were not the saviors we needed. The team is so damn limited from a talent stand point that it is hard to understand what the coaches were doing with regards to recruiting. I guess it doesn't matter since they will be gone in a few months, but really baffling to see a program like Mizzou with such pathetic talent.
