I'm not saying they've shown us much, but regardless of who the coach is, it will have to be this roster to bring us out of the cellar. Otherwise, we're talking another 3-4 year rebuild. That may be inevitable, but at least we have a shot at some success once these kids are upperclassmen.
There is no coach that is coming here that is going to replace the current roster with 5 star recruits and immediately turn the program around. Won't happen. It's either going to be these kids, or the next crop of recruits (who will have to be freshmen and sophomores again).
The coaching question is very simple: what coach is best chance for the current roster finding success? The SEC season will give us a pretty good indication if its KA or not. If not KA, we need a great teaching coach that can get these young guys playing at their potential. Recruiting won't improve until we start winning, regardless of coach.
