Cornered a few MU people this weekend

we were all pretty hammed as it was New Years eve at the bar, but I recall a few things.
Basically, KA is seen by everyone there as such a great guy that nobody really wants it to go down like this.
Asked about the "stepping down on Tuesday" rumor, didn't seem like there was any weight to that.
They agreed that while he is such a great person off the court, it is a business in the end. We both said that it's a tough thing for Sterk but that's why he makes the big bucks. I did not get a sense that he would be done before the season is over.
Another big kicker is the Loos family. Firing Kim at the end of the season may mean that the Loos family would lose their medical insurance through Mizzou, which makes this situation incredibly complicated. I asked if he could be kept on by the University in some other capacity and that seemed like a possibility.
