The context seems to keep changing

My initial point remains unchanged, that the skills required for success in business (specially if you are a cheat and a fraud, but we won't go there - are not the same skills required for success leading govts.

We will have to see what this Trump fellow can achieve in federal govt. The jury is kinda out on that as nothing has happened beyond the master marketer's taking credit for things with which he had nothing to do (see Sprint). Guy's marketing skills did get him enough folks to buy in that he got elected. Time will tell on that.
