Wow, you know in my world that when "too many people" are complaining that one address the issues rather than simply shutter the complaints window.
It reminds of Walmart who years back when some butchers in one state began to organize, Wally simply shut down the butcher section. Sometimes it is not that the squeaky wheel gets the grease, sometimes it just gets replaced.
