Former Obama advisor Cass Sunstein and writing partner Stephen Holmes came up with some ideology in their book "The Cost of Rights" that then spins that negative rights cannot exist without government, therefore are positive rights and the government can tax away.
There are some major flaws in their reasoning. See if you can pick them out.
