Yes, his question made no sense considering my position. If I am adopting a purely defensive position, why would I be threatening violence? It is a common result of being either taken out of context or just plain misinterpreted, which is an hourly occurrence on this board.

I have no problem with debate, but I tire of being asked to defend positions that aren't mine, because someone decides what my position is without reading my responses. And when I mean all of you righties, I mean all of the right-wingers on this board, which comprise the vast majority of posters here. I do enjoy debating some of you. I don't enjoy personal attacks, which have no place in meaningful debate. Yes, I occasionally engage in them myself, but normally only with people who only engage in that activity (GAT, STLDFW1, and others.)
