you made reference to a question you didn't ask, and when asked what question, you refused to answer. you should go back and look.
The State, which is not voluntary, is attempting to set the laws. However there are no laws, again it is involuntary, but for the 30 inalienable rights each person has.

But yet you want the State to set what is a property right, settle disputes etc.
no. property rights are natural rights. i don't want the State deciding what is or isn't a right nor do i want the State to settle disputes. i have no clue where you got the idea that i do. i'm an anarchist.
you have failed to explain what happens if to people just can't settle a dispute.
how am i supposed to know what happens?
