the US taxpayers be forced to give to Canada? Or Kiribati? Or Suriname?

Thanks for supplying examples of why the US taxpayers should not give money to certain foreign governments (though the link between some of those are pretty weak), now can you explain why the US taxpayers should be forced to give money to any other foreign government?

Remember, my original question was: who gets to decide who the "friends" are, you??
