Mizzou needs to be realistic about who it can and cannot attract at this point in time. Find one of them and hire them. The past two times we have gone after the HR Hire and these good coaches got hired by other schools. When the HR Hire got a raise from his current school Mizzou was sitting there going damn who is still available?
