the inner city this crap pains me. I know a vast majority of the people are good, hard working people with no way out of those hell holes. When the police back off like that the predators just feel more empowered. Unfortunately no one is speaking for the little people who just want to live their lives in peace and calm. I pray for those people and curse those who choose to protect evil over the innocent.
