If he does, it will be a poor strategic move for Dems.

Dems' best play would be to shut up and let Trump do something stupid of importance.

Instead, like PlayedHard, they will continue to gnash teeth, wring hands and whine about tiny things and when Trump inevitably does something major league stupid, they will lack credibility and / or the audience to leverage it.
