indeed his only legacy is that he is the first half black president and most likely the only one in a very long time. So, realizing that he wasn't able to fundamentally change America to the socialist, get even with whitey, utopia that he hoped for, he and his minions are on a slash and burn, **** you tour to try and undermine Trump before all of it is torn down and rebuilt with an America first agenda.
