They don't imprint on humans like raccoons do.

The momma will travel with several clinging to her bacm and when one falls off, she never notices. People would bring the found young ones to the park and we'd use them in our wildlife programs as they are pretty docile. Eat hard cat food so feeding them is no problem. About the time they reach sexual maturity they will bare their teeth and hiss at you. That's the time to take them to the woods and dump them. Most disgusting thing is watching them eat crickets, June bugs and earthworms.
