be held accountable for staying school or graduating. That should be a normal school requirement. Given the money involved today, a total idiot could figure out that it will lead to cheating in every way, the most obvious being the useless classes that athletes - many of whom would have trouble legitimately graduating out of 5th grade - will be given by the cheating schools so they can "graduate".

So, the schools with standards and integrity will of course be penalized for having just that.
