The people in Washington state who flipped from Hillary may be... May be fined up to $1,000. That means, votes are for sale and the state of Washington for $1,000 a piece.

Electors who stray make me very very nervous. Had this precedent been set before 2000, the Socialists could have paid to flip only a couple electors, and Al Gore would have been president.
