Trump didn't encourage violence, the DNC literally and actually sponsored confrontation, violence and disruption of Trump's free political rallies.

Trump's "threat" to the media was and remains predicated upon the fact that the MSM isn't an objective media, but rather a highly leveraged, biased PR arm of the DNC and as such should be treated combatively by any rational candidate.
