ne in such a situation, assuming they did that type of thing on their own property, no?
I wonder if this will train the brother/sister relationship between Corey and his sister Sheila who turned over the camera to the SPCA... who turned it over to the police.
She also verified the identities of the cameraman and the woman in the videos, an important role if there was to be any prosecution.
Of course in an anarchist society there could really be no prosecution if they were on their own property and did not voluntarily agree to the rules/laws/jurisdiction/whatever of any private government.
