the ones I take with the most skepticism/grains of salt are:

- CNN
- NBC and its affiliates
- ABC
- NPR
- Fox
- NY times
- Washington Post
- Huffington Post
- BBC and affiliates

Every news source gets things wrong at times but these seem to be the ones that intentionally make up narratives/news/etc.
