trump's relationship with the via, etc?

If it's obama instructing the intels not to meet with congress, will they be more than willing to help trump after obama is gone?

Or are the intels so in the tank for obama, that they are merely doing what they want to do, and trump will face intelligence agencies that are ideologically against him?

Troubling times.
