affecting the US elections but they do not wish it to be clarified any further.
As they knew would happen, many on the left have taken that to mean the Russians tampered with the election process and there is absolutely zero evidence of that.
The Russian 'tampering' if it exist at all was in helping release actual e-mails from dem leaders. The dems refuse to address the content of those e-mails and instead are chasing the red herring of Russian tampering.
If the intelligence community were to actually clarify this it would end the narrative and shine the light back where it belongs, at the dem leaders. They cannot have that so they wish for the allegations to remain very cloudy.
