President-elect Trump is rejecting reports that his eldest daughter Ivanka will occupy the first lady's office in the White House.
"In response to the report about Ivanka: This is false," Hope Hicks, a spokeswoman for the Trump transition team, told the Washington Examiner Wednesday afternoon.
"No decisions regarding Ivanka's involvement have been made," Hicks added.
CNN reported earlier Wednesday that Trump's 35-year-old daughter, who has been deeply involved in his transition operation and is expected to relocate to Washington once her father takes office, would move into the East Wing space typically reserved for the first lady.
