I linked a year ago or so ago to a story about two meetings in Baltimore held in the same church on the same night after the Freddy Gray uprisings: one was older black women and shop owners, including some foreign ones, begging the police to go back to more aggressive policing while the other was the DOJ meeting with activists trying to discuss how to have more sensitive policing in black neighborhoods.

The activists apparently don't have to live there.
