does he include in his 20 GOP Electors? Even if all 20 did that, Trump would still win.

At this point, the only person who could get 270 is Trump. If he doesn't get 270 due to defections of Electors (who wont vote for Hillary), the House has to choose between Trump and Clinton (per the Constitution).

The Senate would have to pick the VP between Pence and Kaine
