Sometimes excuses don't cut it and people get let go for failing to perform at an adequate level.
That's the reason for firing him. Kim's being paid north of $1m/year to produce - should the AD sit there & think:
1) I think Kim could win 20 games if he's able to keep these kids for three years and develop them (Kim's never really kept anyone for a 3 year period and he's never really developed a D1 player).
2) I think this is all Frank Haith's fault - he didn't leave Kim with a team of McDonald AAs.
