We know you're butthurt that Trump won.
But the CIA was not even stated to be THE SOURCE behind this latest spate of FAKE NEWS regarding Russian hacks.
Just the fact that CNN, PMSNBC immediately started banging on the CIA/Russian gong should, in and of itself, tell you EXACTLY what is going on here: butthurt partisan politics.
But if you are a real lefty, you won't be able to figure that out because you don't want to figure that out.
Hillary lost the election for myriad reasons, none of which have to do with Russia.
Now, for an actual answer to your silly question: it depends. What's the story? Who benefits and why? What other sources are corroborating?
So story by story, fact by fact, source by source it all has to be weighed before trusting it.
This whole Russian hack thing was easy as pie to sniff out.
