the issue is they were illegally sent not fraudulently made.
As far as I know the actual content of the emails is not even an issue. (Other than all allegedly being state secrets)
And its a lie to think the timing of the Comey letter had no influence on the election. Based on polls (if you believe them) it had a major effect.

Note: nowhere in my post is there a defense of Hillary or her actions. Just a defense of what was obvious.
