Their thesis is that
1. Russia wanted Trump to win the election rather than Hillary.
2. Russian agents hacked the DNC files &/or Podesta's computer getting his emails.
3. The Russian agents gave those emails to an intermediary who in turn gave them to WikiLeaks... who released them to the world.
4. That, of course, exposed the corruption of the DNC and the mainstream media in their backing of Hillary and of the sickening immorality of Hillary & her team, the Podesta's in particular... which in turn was enough to turn enough voters off such that they did not vote for Hillary &/or switched their votes to Trump to flip the election results from Hillary to Trump.
Therefore the liberal syllogism would be something like:
If another government intervenes in our election process and changes the outcome the elections are invalid and should be redone without that interference.
Russia intervened in our election process and changed the outcome of those elections.
Therefore the election results are invalid and we should have another election.
