You clearly correctly stated that our government can levy taxes, tarrifs, etc...I never denied whether he could do that or not. I think he is extremely dumb to do it....and very anti free market to do it as well. I thought you were for free market capitalism...if that is true, you would be for limited government intervention...a 35% tariff would be an example of pretty high government intervention...constitutional or not.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
