given that they were tipped off that he was planning a terrorist attack, that he had explosives and an assault weapon and an ISIS flag probably give us a pretty good hint that he was indeed planning a terrorist attack.

But whether he was there legally and whether he had legal possession of the assault rifle & magazines & ammo, or what laws might have been violated in the purchase, transportation or possession of the highly explosive material" weren't spelled out in that article.

I'm not familiar with their laws, so it would be speculation on my part.

Do you think the Dutch police violated their own constitution or laws in apprehending him?

Do you think they should wait until he initiates a terrorist attack to respond?
