Since he kind of came to MU as an afterthought, one might have assumed he would be half in/half out, but that is definitely not the case.

I understand what you're saying, and a coach can't yank a player every single time he makes a mistake out there. I hope that KA or Shields is watching game film with him and going over every decision he's making out there, not just shots. And there are opportunities in a game when you can yank a player to send a statement. Norm was pretty good at that.
