this is just the newest form of the "conspiracy theorist psyop." The CIA created the program brainwash the public such that when they label anyone exposing unwanted truth as conspiracy theorist, the public immediately assumes the person is crazy and dismisses them.
They thought they could create this "fake news" label and people would instantly dismiss any sources that the media calls out as "fake news." Apparently, when you have complete control of the message and narrative it works amazingly well. When you have something like the internet and you can't control the message and narrative, it makes you look very stupid.
