to move remaining prisoners from Guantanamo, he's smuggling Somali "refugees" in by the thousands, and he's negotiating pardons for bergdahl and similar vermin.

Maybe another massive prisoner release as part of his criminal justice reform.

Not like him to give up the spotlight to trump.
