The studies will show the effect for example, of rolling back a certain regulation on ... something. The study will compare measurable levels of ...something in August 2017, to previous years.
The socialists have probably completed those studies already, waiting for the right time to release them. They will fill in the findings and dates later, depending on which policy they want to attack.
The stupids will believe them.
