He was a drunk at UK. Was screwing all the hot college ladies, can't blame him for that. Terrible coach for us. Killed the players. Full practices before games. Abused players. Patrick Patterson's mom led the other parents to get him fired. They knew he was gone during 2nd season.
Billy Donovan had a scheduling problem and Tom Izzo was interested, but his team upset Louisville and he went to the FF so he couldn't schedule an interview. The UK president stepped in and Calipari was hired. If not for Cal, Barnhart would have been fired. His 2 hires, Gillespie and Joker Phillips, both sucked.
