They congregate the poor into ghettos, where the art of the govt dole is taught and worshiped. Dems mine for votes.
The stigma of being on govt help is gone, and instead is considered sticking it to the man. Sure, progressive dems will shriek, scream otherwise. From their comfortable homes far, far removed from the ghettos they created and support.
